Frederick J. Micale is a New York-based lawyer whose practice offers a wide range of experience in Business, Finance, International, and Technology and Communications law. He has, over his extensive 30 year career, represented numerous types of clients ranging from individuals to start-up companies, to well-established domestic and multinational companies.

Mr. Micale is a graduate of Assumption College. He also is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where he earned a Juris Doctorate degree. His Bar Admissions include New York State: United States District Court, Northern District of New York: United States Supreme Court; and United States District Court, Southern District of New York.

Mr. Micale is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Syracuse University College and a Lecturer at Syracuse University Graduate School of Management Export programs.
In addition Mr. Micale is Adjunct Professor at Syracuse University School of Information Studies and Legal Counsel to the School's i-Launch Pad Project.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association (International Law, Intellectual Property Law and Business Law Sections and Special Committee on Cyberspace Law) and the Onondaga County Bar Association. Mr. Micale listed in Who's Who in American Law, as well as the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Mr. Micale has also received an AV Martindale-Hubbell Rating, the highest rating given, signifying a lawyer has reached the heights of professional excellence.

Mr. Micale has written articles and specifically lectured extensively on International Law, Technology Law, E-Commerce and Internet Law.

Mr. Micale is currently General Council for Riccelli Enterprises Inc, and an Adjunct Professor of Syracuse University’s College of Law.
